Born and bred in Cheshire, Lauren Simon is a stay-at-home mother and self-proclaimed ‘domestic goddess’. Simon is best known for her role, playing herself in ITVBe’s show, The Real Housewives of Cheshire. The 43 year old was cast for the show in 2013 whilst she was doing an acting class.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire became an instant hit with its UK audience and is now being broadcast on Bravo in the US. Now on series 3, the series has put Lauren firmly in the spotlight.
Simon is married to property developer, Paul Simon, who is also a main character in the show and their marriage has made them popular stars of the series.
Coming from a wealthy family background, Simon is the only ‘Real Housewife’ who has always lived in Cheshire. She has previously worked in Public Relations and Marketing for VIP events and Mayfair nightclubs. At 21 years old, Simon moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a presenter for MTV. Entering the entertainment work, Simon has socialised and networked with the likes of Mark Wahlberg, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Charlie Sheen, Sylvester Stallone, David Arquette, and Heidi Fleiss.
