Teenage designer Dhillan B, full name Dhillan Bhardwaj, has an estimated net worth in the millions.
Bhardwaj from Long Eaton, Derby, set up his first clothing store ‘Ratchet’ in March 2014. He revealed he made a million pounds less than five months after he opened his first shop.
How did he Bhardwaj make his millions?
Bhardwaj attended John Flamsteed Community School in Derby, and began making clothes at home shortly after he left school.
At the age of 18, he already had a successful online store before he opened his first physical store in March 2014.
The business – Ratchet Clothing – sells a wide range of tie-dye print and urban clothing.
His clothes are sold in a shop in Nottingham’s intu Broadmarsh Centre and he has opened pop-up shops in Newcastle, Bedford, Sheffield and Essex and has gone on to become one of the UK’s biggest independent clothing brands.
His celebrity fans include singer Miley Cyrus and rapper Azealia Banks.
In January 2016, Bhardwaj appeared on TV, in Channel 4 documentary Rich Kids Go Shopping. The show featured successful young people and described how they made and spent their money. He was seen spending £10,000 on a watch, as well as forking out £620 for a bag.
He has also presented on the BBC Asian Network radio station.
