Two Michelin-starred chef Michael Caines will be guest editing Food Friday tomorrow. Caines is the director of Brownsword Hotels and executive chef at Devon country house hotel Gidleigh Park, and has starred in the BBC2 food programme The Great British Menu.
He’ll be sharing one of his recipes, revealing his top five cookbooks and publishing his diary as the festive season kicks-off.
