Martin Paisner has specialised throughout his career in the areas of charity law and private client practice and has been named for several years as an expert in leading directories.

Such a position has been hard-won. He brings his 45 years’ experience to bear on a range of charity and private client practice law. This includes general estate planning, as well as expertise in domestic and offshore trusts.
Paisner is a strong advocate for Israel and is a trustee of several family trusts and charities. His brother Harold is senior partner emeritus at the firm, where other first-rate non-contentious practitioners are Damian Bloom, Simon Phelps, Murray North, Georgina James, Marcus Dearle and Paul Whitehead.

The hugely respected Paisner is an honorary fellow of Queen Mary University of London, Worcester College, Oxford and King’s College London. He also holds honorary doctorates from the University of Glasgow and the Weizmann Institute of Science and was awarded a CBE in June 2004. Paisner did not comment for this profile.
