Nohl-Oser, from Wiltshire, is the founder and director of a sausage manufacturer James Alexander Fine Foods Ltd & The Cumbrian Sausage Ltd, which supply to supermarkets both in the UK and internationally.

Nohl-Oser studied Countryside Management and Rural Studies at Newcastle University. After graduation, he started his own specialist food wholesale and Distribution Company with business partner, Thomas Sowler. As of 2016, the business has been running 6 years.

That same year, the company’s full range of sausages and bacon being were in Ocado, Wholefoods UK & Waitrose in the UAE.
In 2016, The Cumbrian Sausage Ltd launched into 42 Tesco branches within the North West.
