Jonathan Harris, formerly at Savills Private Finance, will lead the unit at its Mayfair offices; Tim Nye, a founding member of Knight Frank Finance, is also on board. They will be joined in September by Adrian Anderson, another former Savills broker.
Managing director of Private Finance Simon Checkley said: ‘The prime central London market continues to be buoyant and it became clear that there was desperate need for a highly-focused team based in the West End to look after our estate agency partners Strutt & Parker and Jackson-Stops & Staff, as well as other introducer sources.”
