Emma White was promoted to partner in Forsters’ private client department in April. She works on a range of complex and crossborder personal taxation and estate planning matters, with particular focus on estate planning for US citizen clients with links to the UK. The past year has been a stand-out for White.
She played a pivotal role in numerous big matters, including the commercial sale of music rights on behalf of a British musician and restructuring the ownership of the controlling and majority economic shareholding in a UK listed company. She has also spoken at conferences, including the International Bar Association’s.
