How did Spencer make her money?

Spencer set up her own business at the age of 17, making chocolates. A self taught chocolatier at age 16, she began to sell to her Teachers, friends and family. This rapidly increased and two local shops became interested. Spencer then left school to pursue her dream.
After her successful chocolate business, she went on to sell cakes and owns Narna’s Cakes. Spencer made brownies, alongside her chocolates and took them into the delicatessen she was working for alongside making the chocolates. They subsequently asked her to become their cake supplier.
