Guest recipe: Chase Distillery’s Rhubarb and Raspberry Martini

There are some events that are industry-only gems. Rock The Farm at the Chase Distillery on Rosemund Farm near Hereford used to be one of them. Now, I’m not saying that it isn’t still a gem but I am saying that for the first time it will be open to the public.

If you fancy mixing with the world’s best bartenders and listening to music from the Mystery Jets and Huw Stephens while wandering through the food village in this lovely corner of the countryside then Rock The Farm may well be for you. Taking place on 30 and 31 August there are worse ways to see out the summer.

Rhubarb and Raspberry Martini

50ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka
25ml Bramley apple juice
3 fresh raspberries
12.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method: Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish: Thinly-sliced apple
