The ultra-luxurious Porsche Design Tower in Miami will feature an automated car elevator lift system to transport residents from the lobby to the private sky garage linked to their apartment. It will be able to accommodate 11 cars in the 56th floor and three automobile lifts that will move the luxurious supercars up to ‘sky garages’ integrated into each of the 132 units.
Located in Sunny Isles Beach, a seaside district north of Miami, the building will rise 198 metres from the shoreline, with apartment sizes ranging from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet.
Prices for the drive-in apartments start at £4.2 million, while the penthouse is listed for £22.1 million.
The residences will have at least two parking spaces, four large residences in addition to double-height spaces with ocean views, plunge pools and outdoor kitchens on expansive balconies. Other amenities in the tower will include a spa, a cinema, a seafront ballroom and a game room with race car simulations and gardens.
The penthouse features a living-dining area, a family room, four en suite bedrooms and an opulent modern kitchen. The outdoor space of the residence has two private pools, one on the rooftop while another on the terrace. The luxurious penthouse also features two balconies and two summer kitchens that provide unobstructed views of Miami.
Porsche Design Tower Miami is the very first in the United States by the Porsche brand and is set to be completed in June 2016 and unveiled in September.
It is reported that at least 22 billionaires have already bought units at the Porsche Design Tower.
