Gin Mare – Triple Orange G&T
50 ml Gin Mare
200 ml 1724 premium tonic water
1 bar spoon of bitter orange marmalade
5 dashes of orange bitters
1 orange twist
Stir with a bar spoon the orange marmalade, bitters and Gin Mare. Next add ice and tonic water. Garnish with an orange twist.

Gin Mare – Olive Garden
50 ml Gin Mare
1 pinch of Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc Mediterr’nea
3 slices of pear
2 sprigs of fresh fennel
1 stick of celery
1 lime wedge

Glass:
Med-cocktail glass (jam jar style)

Garnish:
Ice
1 cherry tomato halved
1 sprig of fresh fennel
Muddle all the ingredients in the Med-cocktail glass
Top with a scoop of crushed ice and garnish with fresh fennel and halved cherry tomato
