HMRC, in their on-going effort to combat tax evasion (illegal) and tax avoidance (legal but no longer acceptable), have produced a rather snazzy infographic to show what they’re doing

HMRC, in their on-going effort to combat tax evasion (illegal) and tax avoidance (legal but no longer acceptable), have produced a rather snazzy infographic to show what they’re doing.

When you hover over the chart, black spots pop up like a case of the fiscal measles. Click on one and you’ll be taken to articles about how ‘cowboy’ tax advisers are being rounded up or banks are coughing up half a billion Swiss francs. Certainly for journalists it’s a good resource for the current tax situation. For tax evaders and avoiders, it’s one more thing to disturb their dreams.
