Dallas socialite, wife of telecom magnate and billionaire Kenny Troutt, Lisa Troutt’s net worth is estimated to be in the millions.
Born Lisa E. Copeland in 1964, Lisa Troutt graduated from the University of North Texas with a minor in Business and major in Fashion Design and soon went on to Marketing, Sales and Design jobs in the garment business, where she worked for companies such as Leslie Fay, Prophecy Corp, Barboglio and BIS by Gene Ewing.
How did Troutt get fame and earn her millions?
Marrying Kenny Troutt, the founder of telecom company Excel Communications, in 1993, Lisa Troutt came to be one of the richest housewives in Dallas and a well-known socialite in elite circles.
Rumoured to be on the cast of The Real Housewives of Dallas, Troutt refuted those claims as being “completely erroneous”.
Troutt’s husband owns a horse ranch in Versailles, Kentucky, called Winstar Farm—which has 300-500 horses, including Kentucky Derby-winning horses, Troutt races and is actively affiliated with the Race Track Chaplaincy of America. She was also named one of the Board of Trustees of the National Museum of Racing and hall of Fame.
Along with her husband, she hosts Christian fundraising events in their home and two more events called the Sanctity of Life and the Council of Life (for which she is a founding member). Troutt is also one of the founders of One Hundred Shares and is a board member of organisations such as Baylor Foundation, The Salvation Army, SMU Meadows School of the Arts, Point of View, New Friends New Life and UT Southwestern Medical Foundation. She is also involved with Park Cities Republican Women and The Laura W. Bush Women’s initiative council and is a Trustee of King’s College, New York City (2016-present).
Although Troutt’s net worth is not known, her husband Kenny’s net worth is estimated to be around £1.04 billion.
