One of the main conclusions Ercan drew from the financial crisis was the importance of strong client relationships ‘built on being transparent, honest, solution-driven and available whenever my clients needed me’.

At Dolfin, which also has an office in Malta, customer care is a hallmark of his approach – one which has helped build the firm’s assets under management and control (£4 billion) during the Covid-19 crisis, thanks in no small measure to Dolfin’s impressive head of investment management, Simon Black.
