Oracle Capital Group has formed Oracle Legal Case Management (Oracle LCM), a joint venture with Dr Yuri Rapoport, to manage clients’ legal requirements and get the best out of their lawyers. This is the first legal brokerage service in London.
Oracle LCM is based in London and is initially offering its services to private clients from Eastern Europe. Its staff are fluent English and Russian legal experts. Dr Rapoport, Executive Director of Oracle LCM, is the founding father of legal brokerage services having established the first firm of its type in Australia more than 15 years ago. His company, Prime Law Brokers (Australia), has allocated well over 500,000 clients to suitable lawyers and remains the leader in its field to date.
Dr Rapoport believes that too many wealthy Eastern Europeans émigrés have fallen into the hands of lawyers in London who are not experts in their field and operate inefficiently and at excessive costs. Following 5-years researching the track records of British lawyers, he has developed a directory of the best practitioners in their field to whom Oracle LCM are referring their clients.

Clients engage Oracle LCM to procure and manage, on their behalf, the required specialist legal services. Most importantly, the joint venture offers an ironclad guarantee of quality and efficiency of services and advice, or Oracle LCM foots the client’s legal bill itself.
There have recently been some cases of malpractice in the legal profession to which Russian clients have fallen victim. The case highlights how one man duped England’s well-respected regulators and top politicians, as well as the police, while abusing the trust of unsuspecting high net worth clients.
