Just 50 percent of clients are satisfied with their main provider of wealth management services, according to a new private banking client satisfaction survey.

Just 50 percent of clients are satisfied with their main provider of wealth management services, according to a new private banking client satisfaction survey conducted by Ledbury Research, a London-based research and consultancy firm that focuses on the luxury market.

These clients gave their provider a score of between 8 and 10 on a 10-point ranking scale. Another 33 percent gave their main wealth management provider a moderate score of 6 or 7 out of 10. One in seven gave their main provider a score of 5 or less.
