Lawyer, philanthropist, TV personality and one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, “Southern Belle” Phaedra Parks boasts a net worth estimated at £1.53 million.

Phaedra Parks was born in Athens, Georgia to pastors Henry Parks and Regina Bell on October 26, 1973. Completing her schooling from Clarke Central High School in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wesleyan College in 1993, Parks went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia Law School in 1998. Apart from studies, she was also a skilled equestrienne during her college days.

How did Parks make her millions?

Soon after graduating law school, Parks founded the law firm The Parks Group, P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia. Managing partner of her own firm and specialising as an entertainment attorney, she is credited to have represented singer/songwriter Bobby Brown, hip hop star Jermaine Dupri and rap/hip hop star Too $hort, and was also a legal analyst for the King of Pop and music legend Michael Jackson.

In 2010, Parks was cast along with Cynthia Bailey in the third season of the hit reality series The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Bravo TV, and was one of the main cast members until the eighth season. She draws a reported salary of £229,350 per season for the series. During the series in 2013, Parks legally aided fellow Housewife Kandi Burruss, who was fighting a court case against a former Housewife Kim Zolciak regarding the legal rights of the single “Tardy for the Party” sung by Zolciak in 2009.

Apart from successfully launching two fitness videos called Phine Body, Parks also got her book titled Secrets of a Southern Belle published in 2013.

Parks recently earned a degree in Mortuary Science.
