1. OWN A SHARE IN A PROPERTY FUND
There are two property funds to invest in: Classic and City. The first fund, Classic, consists of four-to-five-bedroom villas and chalets set in far-flung idylls. While these properties are secluded enough to be considered hideaways, they are also within easy reach of the town centre and local attractions. The second fund, City, is comprised of two-bedroom apartments located in the heart of some of the world’s most vibrant cities.
Each fund holds multiple properties. As a result, shareholders’ investments are spread across different countries and currencies around the world.
There are different types of shares available for each fund, crafted to suit members’ lifestyles.

By acquiring a share in either the Classic or City property funds, you are eligible to join The Hideaways Club. As a member, you can enjoy exclusive access to over 250 villas, chalets and apartments around the world.
There are several membership types to suit your lifestyle.
An annual membership fee covers year-round property maintenance, including all rates and taxes. We take care of all maintenance upkeep and provide a daily maid service, pool cleaning, gardening and the services of a five-star concierge team. We do all the work, so you don’t have to.
