In 2010, Parks was cast along with Cynthia Bailey in the third season of the hit reality series The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Bravo TV, and was one of the main cast members until the eighth season. She draws a reported salary of £229,350 per season for the series. During the series in 2013, Parks legally aided fellow Housewife Kandi Burruss, who was fighting a court case against a former Housewife Kim Zolciak regarding the legal rights of the single “Tardy for the Party” sung by Zolciak in 2009.

Apart from successfully launching two fitness videos called Phine Body, Parks also got her book titled Secrets of a Southern Belle published in 2013.
