Born into a wealthy family in the heart of Chelsea, Rosie Fortescue is estimated to be worth £1.1 million. She has appeared on the BAFTA-winning show Made in Chelsea since season one and runs a successful fashion blog named At Fashion Forte.
How did the TV star and fashion blogger make her millions?
Rosie Fortescue and her twin sister Lily were born on 3 January 1990 in Chelsea, London. She spent her school years at the all-girl Downe House Boarding School, whose alumni includes The Duchess of Cambridge. She then studied History of Art at Goldsmiths University, following in her father’s footsteps, who is a fine art consultant.
Fortescue has featured in Made in Chelsea, the BAFTA-award winning reality TV show, since it began in 2011. Broadcast on E4, the show follows the lives of affluent, young people in the West London areas of Chelsea, Belgravia, Kings Road and Knightsbridge.
Fortescue’s interest in art has prevailed beyond her degree and has seen her display her flair for stylish outfits throughout the show. She has channelled her love of fashion through her blog – named At Fashion Forte – which focuses on her wardrobe must-haves. Her blog has seen her collaborate with numerous designers over the years, including Covert Cases to create her own range of iPad and iPhone cases as well as jewellery brand Laura Gravestock.
In addition to her fashion blog, Fortescue has also collaborated with JustFab, a US styling website, and frequently writes a column for the London Evening Standard.
