Nick Hewer was born on February 17, 1944, in Swindon and has an estimated net worth of £30 million.
Following schooling in County Kildare, Ireland, Hewer moved to London in the 1960s, opening his own public relations firm in 1966.
Soon he became associated with Lord Alan Sugar, who chose Hewer’s PR firm to represent his Amstrad management group in 1983. Spending 21 years as a friend and ally of the business magnate, Hewer became an integral part of Amstrad.
