Georgia May Foote net worth

By Suren Prasad

Born in Manchester, England on February 11, 1991, Georgia May Foote has a guesstimated net worth of £2.68 million. She studied at Elton High School, and later graduated from Bury College. Before that Foote began acting at the early age of five with a role in Channel 4’s Brookside.

Managing to accommodate acting alongside her studies, Foote had a notable role in Grange Hill (2005-2008), which helped her get parts in other prominent British series such as Conviction (2004), Sorted (2006), Doctors (2007), Life on Mars (2007), Casualty (2008), Hearbeat (2009), This Is England 86 (2010) and Emmerdale (2010). She also starred in Cotton Stones, a 2009 British short film.

With small parts in TV, how did Foote make millions in acting?

Her major breakthrough came with the renowned ITV soap Coronation Street in January 2010, first appearing as a guest and later being given a regular role that July. It was reported that Foote signed a new one-year deal worth £100,000 in February 2014 to remain on Coronation Street. She quit the soap in order to pursue her modeling career, making her last appearance on March 20, 2015.

Foote stood second to her Coronation Street co-star Michelle Keegan as “Sexiest Female” at the British Soap Awards twice, in 2013 and 2014. In October 2014, Select Model Management signed her up to model for them.

Between 2012 and 2014, she made guest appearances, participated on programmes such as BBC Breakfast, Fake Reaction, Celebrity Juice, All Star Family Fortunes and Loose Women.

A contestant on the 13th series of Strictly Come Dancing (September-December, 2015), the BBC talent show for celebrities, Foote came runner-up along with dance partner Giovanni Pernice, losing out to eventual winners Jay McGuinness and his partner Aliona Vilani.
