The £50 million yacht: Benetti FB265 M/Y 11∙11

By Codelia Mantsebo

Benetti FB265 M/Y 11∙11 is a 63 meter mega yacht with an extraordinary design. Featuring luxurious en-suite facilities equipped with the finest Italian marble and bespoke Lalique crystal taps, the super yacht is created to reflect a sophisticated home on the water.

The superyacht features a plumb bow which allows for an increased dynamic tendency to literally cut through the water waves. Spacious enough to accommodate 12 guests in six lavish cabins, the mega yacht favours two ample and plush owner’s cabins, one on the full beam main deck, the second on the upper deck, with private access to the pool and solarium deck. The four guest cabins are on the lower deck, each with its own en-suite washroom.

The VIP suite and the master suite are located on the main deck, together along with a walk-in wardrobe and study area. Six full height, 180-degree windows seamlessly blend the inside and outside while offering constant exposure of the sea.
There’s also the private owner’s sun deck, there are plenty of fitted curved seating and a spa-inspired pool with adjacent kitchenette. With a large jet pool and an expansive sunbathing area, the sun deck rear features a fluted bar constructed with sandblasted Italian stone.

The steam room is made entirely from pearlescent mosaic tiles with smoky quartz stones and soothing chroma-therapy, whilst the white marble treatment room features an adjustable massage bed and heated towel cabinet.
The lower decks of Benetti FB265 M/Y 11∙11 feature four guest cabins, comprising of two large double cabins and two twin cabins. The guests cabins are dressed in monochromatic style and feature generous en-suite facilities adorned with the finest Italian marble and custom-built Lalique crystal taps. The yacht offers offshore getaways in a Benetti 26-foot limo tender or a Novurania 19-foot RIB.

The grand Benetti FB265 M/Y 11∙11 is powered by twin CAT 3512C engines, with a maximum speed of 17.5 knots and a cruising range of 5,000 nm. The two nickel-aluminium-bronze DETRA propellers are designed for high efficiency and low pressure transmission to the hull.
