A former Gordon Dadds solicitor, she joined Kingsley Napley in 1997 and became a partner in 2001. Praised by peers for her ‘incredibly strong technical skills’, she covers all facets of family law, specialising in Schedule I cases (unmarried mothers and children) and Brussels II regulation (family law conflicts between EU states). She also advises on financial disputes and matters involving relocation and surrogacy.
Her most memorable case was a landmark in the big-money landscape involving unmarried mothers, acting for the mother of a severely disabled child whose father had moved abroad. No wonder a peer says she is ‘humane and cares about the outcome for every client’. Bradley procured a ‘full settlement’ for the mother and the child’s lifelong needs: ‘It was a client who really needed my help and I felt that I got the best outcome possible for her,’ she says.
