Born on May 26, 1987, in Newcastle, England, Aaron Chalmers worked as a host at a topless bar and later as an offshore oil rigger before being chosen as part of the cast on MTV UK’s reality show Geordie Shore in the beginning of Season Eight on April 4, 2014. However, that was not his maiden appearance as he had appeared way back in Season Two as Holly Hagan’s date.

Since then, Chalmers has starred in a total of six seasons and is all set to appear in his seventh, alongside other previous cast members of Geordie Shore; namely, his old flame Marnie Simpson, Chloe Ferry, his best mate Gaz Beadle, Marty McKenna, Nathan Henry and Sophie Kasaei.

On January 17, 2017, Chalmers will be joining Zahida Allen, Joshua Ritchie, Harriett Harper, Ross Worswick, Alex Leslie, ZaraLena Jackson and Maisie Gillespie to star in another MTV reality show called Ex on the Beach.
