While appearing the the reality show, Gorga has also appeared on television talk shows.
Gorga as pursued a music career. Her single “On Display” was released on iTunes dance chart selections on August 13, 2011. Other singles were previewed on several season-four episodes, and Gorga issued a four-song EP.

On July 5, 2012, she has released two additional singles on iTunes: “How Many Times”, released April 29, 2012,and “Rockstar”, released June 10, 2012.

Her fourth single, “I Just Wanna”, was released September 2012. Written by and featuring hip hop singer Santino Noir,it was accompanied by a music video.

On September 17, 2013, Gorga published her own book Love Italian Style: The Secrets of My Hot and Happy Marriage. The following year, she introduced a jewellery line on HSN TV.

Gorga also appeared on Bravo’s three-part television special, where the life of the Giudice family and how its members deal with the aftermath of Teresa Giudice (Gorga’s sister) being sentenced to prison. Gorga appeared in all three episodes.
