Watson joined Made in Chelsea in 2012 for its fourth season, taking a lead role on the show. She also appeared in the second episode of Mad on Chelsea, an online show discussing the antics having occurred in Made in Chelsea. She went to appear in the spin-off show Made in Chelsea NYC.

Since gaining popularity on the show, Watson managed to model for many brands such as Lipsy and Skinny Tan and become the new face of Wilkinson Sword razor blades. Upon finishing up the series in New York, Watson signed with leading modelling agency Models 1.

From 2013 to 2015, The Made In Chelsea star also blogs exclusively for HELLO! about the show, her personal life and more.

In 2014 Watson launched her own line of jewellery named Creature. She is also an ambassador for PETA campaigns.
