Karlie Kloss is estimated to be worth £2.5 million. She was born on August 3, 1992 in Chicago. Two years later her family took her to St. Louis, where she trained in classical ballet.

Kloss began modelling at 14, posing for the editorial spread and cover of Scene’s June 2006 issue. She was then discovered by Elite NY.

After joining NEXT Model Management in January 2008, Kloss had a remarkable New York Fashion Week with 31 jaunts on the runway, which included the designers Caroline Herrera and Marc Jacobs. She catwalked 64 times that season — including in Paris and Milan.

She has appeared in ads for fashion giants such as Yves Saint Laurent, Nina Ricci, Dior, Alexander McQueen, Jean Paul Gaultier, Donna Karan, Dolce & Gabbana, Lacoste, Oscar de la Renta, Lanvin, American Eagle, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Chanel, Coach Inc., Nike, Uniqlo and Victoria’s Secret PINK.

She has also walked down the catwalk for designers such as Gucci, Calvin Klein, Versace, Karl Lagerfeld, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy and Elie Saab.

Kloss graced the editorials of Vogue, Elle, Vanity Fair, Allure, i-D, Numéro and W. She was declared one of 2000’s top 30 models by Vogue Paris.

Between 2009 and 2014, Kloss posed for the covers of Teen Vogue, Vogue, Numéro and Harper’s Bazaar Russia.

In 2011, after her contract with Christian Dior was renewed for the third consecutive season, Kloss appeared on the cover of LIFE’s special issue for New York Fashion Week. Later that year, she also made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut.

Recruited by IMG Models in 2012, Kloss later co-presented MTV’s House of Style and bobbed her hair into the “Karlie Cut” for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Her 2013 ventures include sporting swimwear for a Victoria’s Secret video and hosting the MTV Movie Awards’ red carpet pre-show. Kloss was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2013-2015.

Kloss designed the Forever Karlie jeans collection in collaboration with Frame Denim and also became the face of L’Oreal Paris in 2014.

With her friend Taylor Swift, Kloss featured on the March 2015 issue of American Vogue. She also appeared in Swift’s music video “Bad Blood”.

An avid baker, Kloss partnered Momofuku Milk Bar to create Karlie’s Kookies. Sold during Fashion’s Night Out at New York’s DKNY Soho, the proceeds went to the world’s hungry children through FEED Projects.

Investment tycoon Joshua Kushner, Kloss’ boyfriend since 2012, funded her collaboration with eyewear brand Warby Parker through his firm Thrive Capital, where the proceeds of 1970s-style sunglasses co-designed by Kloss were given to Edible Schoolyard NYC.
Kloss owns a £1.275 million apartment in West Village, NY.
