Breaking into the small screen with Channel 4’s adult sketch show Bo’ Selecta! in 2002, Flack soon began hosting shows such as BBC’s TMi with Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes (2006-2008), CBBC’s Escape from Scorpion Island (2007) with Reggie Yates, CBBC’s Comic Relief does Fame Academy (2007), ITV2’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here NOW! (2008-2010) and ITV’s The Whole 19 Yards (2010) with Vernon Kay.
